Cau Ong Lanh4 nights3.0 star property9.8/10 - Exceptional (165 reviews)"My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception..."Reviewed September 29, 2025Return • Hong Kong SAR (HKG) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)HKG - SGN • Direct SGN - HKG • DirectHK$14,547HK$5,050found 1 day agoper traveller

There is very little support from staff - we had to wait 30 mins to check in, and 30 minutes for someone to come and checkout even though they told us to give them a heads up before check out."Reviewed October 27, 2026Return • Hong Kong SAR (HKG) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)HKG - SGN • Direct SGN - HKG • DirectHK$10,203HK$4,036found 1 day agoper traveller- Tracy Ben Thanh Tower

"The room that we got was much less spacious than what was advertised, there was very little space but the room was nice and clean. The soundproofing is not good and there were very loud guests. Was looking forward to the pool as it said there was a poolside bar but that was not open and the loud guests were also at the pool. It was nice to have breakfast included but it was pretty limited. Overall it was okay, the staff were nice."
