The room was definitely neglected to be specific the sheets, pillowcases and towel quality was very poor. The towels were very rough and the sheets had holes in them. If you are choosing this hotel for the pool or Jacuzzi, don't waste your time here. The pool looked murky, and the Jacuzzi is not hot. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they gave me a bunch of excuses about a sensor not working and they have been trying for so long and it's still not working. The breakfast buffet is gross. Very disappointed because we came here for New Year's eve to relax and was really hoping to utilize the Jacuzzi and Pool, but was not able to. The sign on the wall that shows when it was last maintenance showed December 6 and when I told the front desk lady, she said that the maintenance guy most definitely had to have maintenance it because she saw him walk from that direction LOL Poor Excuse. If he did maintenance it why couldn't he post on the wall that he maintenance it instead it was from December 6. I hate to complain, but it seems like they are doing the bare minimum here at this hotel. Should be called a motel. AND THE VENT FOR THE HEAT DIDN'T CLOSE. I HAVE PICTURES 😅

The hotel was well maintained. We are traveling as a group of 7 with 4 rooms. It is very nice that we could sit in the lobby area to chat without being disturbed. Everything looked clran to n the room and the other hallways. The 3rd floor needed to be vacuumed and it appears that cleaning had been started but not completed as supplies were oeft near elevators. Nice stay.

The employees were friendly and helpful. Pros close to everything and indoor pool. Breakfast is ok. Cons the pillows are horrible. The room was clean but clearly aged so glad there remodeling. My sleep was disturbed, by someone closing a door loudly a couple of times in the middle of the night. The hallways were freezing cold. This was only a overnight trip. Due to there remodeling I will return again.

Very dated room, bugs found flying around, bed mattress was hard as a rock, small firmness pillows and WiFi didn’t work half the time. When checking out, staff couldn’t even print me a receipt. Said because I booked with Expedia, it was hard for them to get a receipt?? 🤔 Will never return and will advise friends of our experience.

Staff was great, but that was the best thing about this Hampton Inn, and I'm a member and stayed in many all over the country. Bed was hard as a rock, the HVAC system was very loud and the plastic on the bottom of the door to the room was hanging off and extremely loud (as it scraped across the tile). They look like they are in the midst of an update, so hopefully it will happen for the next traveler.

Overall we felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness and state of this property. We were first checked into a room that wasn't cleaned with dirty towels and garbage. When we went back to reception he said they were full but had one room he could get us in. When my son got out of the shower and pulled out the towel, clumps of hairs fell out of it. At that point, he just waited to air dry and I didn't even bother trying to shower. Also, the furnishings and carpet were very dated and worn. I realize the property is in the beginning phases of renovations but it should have happened way sooner. This property is not up to standards I've seen with other Hampton Inns and makes me not trust the brand at this point. We just didn't feel clean there.
