「I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again.」

Room was a little small, the others looked larger so would book one of these next time. Only improvement would be remove the shower curtains and replace with glass, no one likes a shower curtain!!」

「We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with black mould around the edges of the shower. The bedroom...

「This is a very basic accommodation but reasonable price. Bed comfortable, shower fine, mini fridge available. Juice and cereal + milk provided. No toiletries but liquid soap dispensers in bathroom. Despite being above a small bar (pub) it was not noisy. Bedroom walls were a bit dirty - probably should be scrubbed. Otherwise clean. There are good nearby restaurants and a wonderful bakery.」

「Extremely friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Shown to room and advised although at front of hotel (ground floor next to main road) it would be nice and quiet. Complete opposite discovered when retiring to bed as cars constantly go through Woburn village - a local called it the 5th lane of the M1 and we likened it to being on the hard shoulder. Also didn’t help that doors were banged late at night by others - we had to go out of our room to ask others to be quiet. We had looked forward to...
