"I can’t say enough about Gemma, Alessandro and his wife. Do to delays during my travels I was very late getting to the apartment but they were all there to greet me which was just what I needed after my very long exhausting day. They took me into the apartment and showed me around making sure I was as settled as I could be. There was a list of near by restaurants and grocery stores this was super helpful.For me the location worked well. The apartment was clean. I would like to have had WIFI...

"The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests. The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church."
