「The location of the property is good but the cleanliness inside the unit was not upto scratch. No toilet papers, dirty sheets, furnitures and looked like the floors were never vacuumed or mopped. Also the drainage in the bathrooms had fowl smell.」

「Every thing is good except for the following: Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager. Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off -dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle . Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up -」

「Very close to Terminal 1. There is a shuttle to get to the airport. The room was very clean. Air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The staff was welcoming.」

「This studio condo is my favorite place I have stayed in the Philippines so far. It is a small pool but beautiful location. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle. Very nice bathroom and clean. I will definitely return here. 」

「The property had a beetle and cockroach problem. Notified the host three times with no response. The beds were little more than an American bed box springs. Then the unit had a water leak and we spent half the day with no running water. Requested to have them move us to another unit but they didn't do this until the next day. The new unit was much nicer there were no bugs and comfortable beds. But we only got moved to the new unit because of the water leak. Not because if the other issues...
