「Everything is good here, from welcoming staff, cleanliness of the room, the bakery, breakfast and the surroundings nearby are safe. Many shopping malls and eateries around too. I surely will stay here again if ever I visit Manila again.」
「My family and I came here for a 1 day trip to 100 islands. The hotel is new. Service and cleanliness is great. Everyone are so friendly. It’s in a convenient location, right by the warf. You can book your boat tour to the islands and they will pick you up right on the dock of the hotel. They also offer complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2 and pay a small fee for an extra person. Overall, our stay was great and I highly recommend this place. 」

「Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.
