Nice hotel in the heart of the city. However, service needs improving. Empty soap bottle in the bathroom, a defensive waiter in the restaurant when we complained about lack of food in the buffet, etc...

This was a fantastic hotel. The staff all spoke English, the hotel was immaculate, and the rooms were large and had a wonderful view of the city. I highly recommend the food here.

We had an excellent stay at the Astoria. The staff are efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. Great place for a holiday.

Great hotel with wonderful staff!
The hotel was wonderful! The staff was even MORE fabulous! I was there on Oct 10 during the missile strikes. Although their city, friends, family and themselves were in danger, the staff was calm, helpful and Ukrainian-Strong. My thoughts, actions, heart and soul are with the Ukrainian people! Слава Україні!

Beautiful old property, very tastefully and appropriately refurbished. The lobby and stairs are lovely. Room was small but nicely furnished. Great shower. Very quiet bathroom extraction fan. Interesting toilet with a selection of washes ! Staff were without exception friendly, helpful and polite. All requests were handled efficiently and with grace and good manners. Lviv is a beautiful , safe city and lovely even in November. We really enjoyed our stay.

Astoria hotel is located within walking distance of everything you want to see in Lviv. It has clean, modern rooms, a good breakfast, and excellent service. In particular, the staffer at the front desk (Yuriy) was extremely helpful and willing to assist with all of our questions.

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciate all the help given by the staff to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. Location, view, interior design, room comfort, and staff was all to high standards at a very reasonable price.
The staircase and 3D tiles are primary architectural features of the Astoria Hotel in Lviv.

Неплохое место на 1-2 дня.
Хорошая гостиница. Отличная локация. Проблемы с паркингом, сложно найти место. Завтрак на любителя из 5 позиций 4 это яйца. За завтрак огромный минус.

Excellent hotel for us central Lviv location , staff very helpful and nice . Minor requests were dealt with very quickly without , fantastic rooms with very good hotel facilities. We would stop here again . There is a little street traffic noise at times but windows are triple glaze for extra sound proofing, but to be expected in city locations
