“Excellent location, full of restaurants, shops. Hotel staff is attentive and goes above and beyond. The hotel has a good restaurant and a great and very convenient shelter with a helpful attendant who offered us drinks (water, coffee, etc.), facilities. Our 2-room suite 504 with a full kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the furniture in this hotel is amazing, new, has a warm ancient look of heavy wood with a touch of modern luxury. Comfy beds. Bathroom experience in our room was a bit……

“I’ve stayed here for the second time, and the room had windows facing the indoor garden. It’s ok, I just prefer windows facing the street. Also this time the sanitary packs were missing. when we asked, only one set was given for 2 people (twin room). Overall I was satisfied, just wondered how attentive this hotel is to detail.”

“This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working. ”

One note of caution for anyone that might lose track of time and stay out past midnight (curfew) the front desk is only open to buzz you in from 7am to 12am, sometimes there is someone there to let you in between 12-7am sometimes there isn't......”
