「It was wonderful to stay at Muong Thanh hotel during the trip with my mom. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I accidentally booked a wrong type of room. When I requested for a room upgrade , it was done quickly without charge which made a difference. I really appreciated it. We had a very good time. Highly recommended ❤️」

「Lovely staff, nice view, nice room. But... the pool was filthy, slime all over bottom, brown stuff floating. On our second day we asked if they were going to clean it as the local beaches are dirty with rubbish. They attended to it so on our last night we were able to swim. We also had maggots in our bathroom. Then at breakfast after receiving our omelette a maggot suddenly was on the table, assumably off a plate as the table was empty of anything prior. We also ate at the hotel. It was ok but...
