“The friendliest and kindest staff! I had a very warm welcome and the following days they made sure I had what I needed and offering me water, te/coffee with snacks. While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel. Plus, the hotel location is excellent- walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Staff is very helpful. The air company cancel the flight that I need for going home. The hotel staff helps me to talk with the air company and rearrange a flight for me. Also, the staff introduces something interesting in Buhara and makes me enjoy my travel here.”

“For those tourists looking for lobby lounge, bountiful breakfast buffets, and many staff looking after you , this is not your choice of stay. Bukhara is a well preserved city over 2000 years with the same layout, not multi-lane ,statue and fountain, metropolis. You don’t want large hotels in a city like this unlike Samarkand, which has a different history of the city. This is a family run boutique B & B in its 4th generation in a hidden side street right in the center (plaza) of town. Breakfast……

Además, solicité un desayuno para llevar, y a la hora a la que debía recibirlo, no había nadie para dármelo. The room was clean and spacious. However, the staff refused to look for an item I left in the room and gave me no explanation. Furthermore, I requested a takeaway breakfast, and when it was due, no one was there to give it to me. “Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.”
