“The staff were very kind when we arrived late due a late arrival and offered us to go straight to the dining area and kitchen where we missed our dinner. We also got moved to another and much better room on our second night. We were given a bigger and better positioned room where there was less noise/people traffic. “I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels.
