This was a terrible experience. We booked a double-queen room for four adults. We were “upgraded” to a king room at check-in. When we stated that 2 queens were necessary as booked, we were told “no more rooms are available.” We were told no extra bedding was available and were given a mattress protector to use as a blanket for the sleeper sofa. When we requested towels (because there were only 3 in our room, which was booked for 4 people) we were told that the dryers were having issues and no towels were available! We did not get more towels until the following night! The phone in our room did not work. We contacted Expedia for assistance and they stated that the front desk was not answering the call. The hotel refused to provide any refund b/c we booked through Expedia (which we will never do again). Expedia denied any refund because the hotel denied the refund. We will NEVER stay here, again! Worst service ever.

The hotel was good. It was graduation weekend and we paid almost $300 per night. However, they still wanted to charge about $9.00 for breakfast! That, I found ridiculous!

The experience was great except for the pool and hot tub. We specifically got this hotel and paid more because we wanted a hot tub. We called the hotel before booking to make sure the hot tub worked and was actually hot. They said yes to both. While the lobby has been updated, the pool area hasnt been updated in years. There was rust everywhere. The paint on the floor was splattered all over three walls and literally came off when you walked on it. The hot tub was cold and cloudy, and the jets didnt work. Ruined our stay.

The worst experience we have had in years. Wifi does not work. They said it has been down for Apple Nd Mac users for weeks. Door cards do not work. They had to replace a door battery.

Waited 4 hours for a room. Carpet had discusting stains on them. Corporate lunch was served an hour late. I will not be back. Front desk staff was pleasant but that did not help.

Hotel front desk person was not very friendly. He was on the computer and did not even acknowledge us for a few minutes. The air condition in the room was on and black stuff blowing out from the air condition everywhere. It was very strange to see toilet paper rolls were in the holder with the wrappers on. Bath tub was not clean at all.
