「Excellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.」

「The property was as described and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The community is great and the pool and dock were excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. It’s an easy walk to Kings Beach and, if you’re looking to venture out in the area, a good location to get to Truckee, Donner Lake, and Chimney Beach / Skunk Harbor. 」

「A blast from the past, this retro home had everything our family of 4 needed, with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were VERY comfortable! Everything was tidy. Location was excellent. My only complaint would be the shower heads - they're just mounted too low for an average sized adult.」

「The residence was great! As pictured and enjoyed a two night stay. The property is managed by a third party and rental agreement and background check were required to get check in instructions. This was unclear upon booking and therefore had to call upon arrival. Customer service rep was great and resolution was quick. Driveway access is very steep. So if traveling in winter would be less desirable. Views were amazing. Would stay here again」
