Very peaceful, 20 min from the historical center, ideally located for EUREXPO and Gerlands HighTech quarter. Close to the Lyon Est hospital district (IARC, Centre Bérard …). 15 minutes to the Universities Lyon 2 and 3. Tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard with a small patio.

Beautiful spot in Lyon, well equipped and close to transportation

Willi and Elise were perfect hosts and helped make our mixed business and holiday stay in Lyon easy and interesting. Willi was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had or issues that came up. He was also very pro-active with recommendations of places to visit in and around Lyon. The apartment is perfect for two people, very comfortable and very quiet. We really enjoyed the small outside table on the edge of their magnificently cared for garden. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Lyon in the future.

Dans le cadre d'une formation de 3 jours, Willy m’a envoyé à l’avance toutes les informations nécessaires pour rejoindre le logement : une carte, les transports à prendre, et des explications très claires par message. Il met également à disposition un petit livret pratique avec les lieux à visiter et un plan des transports. Le logement est parfaitement adapté pour une personne seule ou un couple. Studio très agréable et fonctionnel dans un pavillon. Très bien situé pour se rendre dans Lyon en transports en commun. Il ne manque rien, le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe bien.

Séjour de 2 nuits au Jardin des Etats où nous avons été accueillies par M. Danelzik qui est très sympathique et disponible. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, tout le nécessaire s'y trouve pour passer un agréable séjour. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Transports et commerces à proximité et renseignements complets fournis par le propriétaire. C'est un sans-faute

Friendly host, good connectivity

The studio is very nice and well equipped. Willi is very helpful and has good tips. (In multiple languages) Tramlines 4 and 6 are a few minutes walk away and some busses too. We very much enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Lyon we'll probably try to stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Blick ins Grüne

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Studio sehr genossen. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Das Bad ist modern und chic eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und Dank der Klimaanlage findet man im Sommer guten Schlaf. Das Beste ist allerdings tatsächlich die Lage, mitten in der Stadt und somit sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und doch hat man das Gefühl im dörflichen Bereich zu sein. Des Weiteren ist noch zu erwähnen, daß der Vermieter äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Er steht einem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite… auch wenn man sich zufällig am Ufer der

Wonderful Tranquel stay in lovely Lyon

Whillam's studio faces onto his lovely garden, with a lit seating area. The bed is really comfortable and the facilities really good with air conditioning. The area is suburbon, but Lyon's transport is excellent, and the studio is a couple of minutes walk to the 4 & 6 Trams, with a 20 minute ride to central Lyon.The local tram stops are also right next to the local outdoor market, and an Auchan supermarket. I couldn't recommend Lyon and Whilliam's studio more highly. Jonathan Leeds

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend mit Ausgang zum Garten. Etwas außerhalb, aber mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der Vermieter spricht fließend deutsch. Man sollte nur ausreichend insektenschutz dabei haben.
