The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
The heart of the city is 10 minutes by metro and Valmy Metro station is less than 4 minutes walk. You can quickly enjoy the most beautiful places of our great city!

Close to Valmy metro station and with a view on Saone river, in a old building in Lyon, you will enjoy the tranquility and comfort of my apartment renovated. His style and atmosphere will make you spend an atypical stay in the heart of the capital of Gaul. Ideal for a tourist stay in the discovery of Lyon, a professional trip a romantic weekend.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

Thanks to our connected lock the entrance to the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM). Checkout is possible up to 11 AM maximum.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
No noise after 10PM.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your understanding ;)
