This apartment was very very nice and secure. Everything necessary was in place. It has elevator and is in a very good location. Everything you could need is nearby and the prices are reasonable. The apartment is small and quiant with cooking facilities, utensils. If you are coming in by train be aware that it is not really walkable from there if you have luggage. Grab a taxi or an uber and if you havent changed your sim card yet use the wifi in the station as it drops out once you get outside the door. Tony the concierge/rental manager came and showed me the place, gave me the keys and chatted briefly about the area. I highly reccommend this place. ####Warning. The only problem I had was when I went to take a Bolt car back to the station. One driver was parked two blocks away and expected me to walk up to meet him beyond the tram.NO! Another just ignored me. The third finally did his job. NOT propertys fault. Donald U.S.

Studio très pratique à la Guillotiere

Le studio est propre et très bien aménagé, la literie confortable, l'immeuble est correct et bien sécurisé. Le studio est un peu bruyant le soir cependant à cause du restaurant qui est juste sous la fenêtre, mais avec la fenêtre fermée, c'est tout à fait supportable. Quand j'y étais, la télé ne marchait pas à cause d'un souci sur le décodeur, et il manque quelques petites choses dans la cuisine (comme des cuillères à café, un torchon ou un couteau économe), c'est dommage mais ce n'est pas crucial. Autrement rien à signaler !
