  • Very atypical apartment of 110m² (including 80m² Carrez), crossing North-South, on the 6th and last floor of a small building with 11 apartments. 2 terraces (8m² facing south and 5m² north). Bright and very quiet.

    Parking space in the basement availableIdeally located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement: 10' walk from the Parc de la Tête d'Or, near Metro lines A (Masséna) and B (Brotteaux), Vélo'V station 50m away, many shops and restaurants, Saturday morning market at 50m & Halles Paul Bocuse at 5 'walk

    Ideal accommodation for 4 or 5 people (because only one small bathroom)
    Possibility of choosing the B-Z sofa INSTEAD of a bedroom (ask me) ... but this should not make 2 additional beds. Thank you for understanding!

Charmant appartement très bien placé . Rien ne manque . Excellente communication avec l’hôtesse très disponible, réactive et surtout très arrangeante et flexible par rapport à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. À recommander !
