“I have been searching for the perfect cabin near Denver to “run away” to after a busy summer. I finally found it! Brookside will be my annual escape. You have provided for my every knee, including extra special touches. I was especially delighted to find the house slippers and chocolate cookies. My favorite thing is the hammock right beside the river – a dream come true! See you next year. You are very gracious hosts.”

“Overall the cabin is very cozy and comfortable. Clean; stocked with cooking ware. We use ATT cellular, which was NOT available in the area, but bypassed it with Wi-Fi, which worked well. It’s close to the road, but there’s not much traffic so it was pretty quiet. The river seating area is beautiful but it is close behind the other cabins, so if you prefer more privacy it’s a little awkward. We didn’t meet the owners, but they are right there on the property and seemed like very wonderful……

“Great place to stay and relax in the mountains! No cell service made it more relaxing! Great vintage cabin, slept with the windows open in the fresh mountain air! Slept like a baby! Pack food & ice, snacks to relax and cook at cabin or on grill. Loved the style and area!”

“This place is beautiful! Staff were very kind! Loved the area! Close drive to everything! Highly recommend!”

“Super cute, clean, perfect area. Will be staying again!”

“Perfect bachelor pad. I needed a real patio and nice furniture for a weeks stay.”

“Beautiful property!”

“Great cabin that is clean and in the quiet town of Ferncliff. We loved getting water from Crystal Springs up the road! Check in/check out was easy and management was very attentive.”

“The room was clean and hot tub was ready to dip in.”

“We loved our stay at this location after some hiccups at another hotel that didn’t reach our standards. Brandon was an awesome host and accommodated us greatly. Property was clean, in a great location and had everything we needed all at a great price. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling into Estes Park.”

“Very nice and relaxing stay. Bed is super comfortable with good pillows and just the right amount of blankets. Has a couch you can sink into and chill for an evening in. I binged some Netflix and YouTube. Excellent communication from host and clear instructions. Overall, highly recommend! Will be bringing my dogs next time.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicated with us promptly throughout our stay. We did have a minor issue with the Roku not connecting on one of the bedroom TVs, but management came out and fixed it within an hour, which we really appreciated. The quick response and excellent customer service made a great impression. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely recommend this property to……

“Absolutely perfect get away for after our wedding. Highly recommend”

“Beautiful space, well stocked kitchen for meal prep. Easy to get to. Just enough off the main drag to be able to relax, but close to all areas in town.”

“Perfect home for two couples. We used the grill, the kitchen was well stocked. Centrally located to the park, the town and pickleball. We saw a herd of Elk on the golf course close by, coupled with the moose we saw in the park was amazing. Perfect house , highly recommend it”

“I enjoy my getaways and the stay was accommodating and welcoming and cozy”
