The host communicated with us promptly. We have a few more trips, and are returning to this property the rest of this year.”

“We made reservations nine days ahead of time. The owner, for some reason, does not give check-in instructions until two hours before check-in. Little does the owner realize that most people coming to Estes Park are coming through the Rocky Mountain NP, where there is little to no signal. Therefore, we could not receive her communication until we exited the park! Then she would not answer multiple phone calls. As a result, we're on the property at 7 pm, tired and hungry, with no solution in……

“It was beautiful and relaxing. A little sketchy on the roads when snowing for some Texans like us, but it was well managed. Shot trip to the casinos but what we really loved was the town 30 minutes away the owners recommended with great restaurants and breweries. If you’re looking for a mountain getaway, this is a great one!”

“Unique functional house. Backyard was nice benefit along with the chickens. Host was quick response to Qs. A bit sparse on amenities. A blow dryer is normally an expected item. Table service items - plates, bowls, cups were minimal. Beds were comfortable. Location was very good for access to old town. Information guide on host expectations and typical guest user items are normally expected - recommend host to add. ”

“The house was very clean and comfortable for our intergenerational group. The grandparents stayed in the main floor bedroom. Their daughter and son-in law and 2 children (10 and 13 years old) stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a great location to go to many attractions: Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods, Lost Gulch, El Dorado Csnyon State Park, and even went to Casa Bonita in Denver. The hosts were very accomodating of our needs. We highly recommend this home.”

“We spent 4 nights, the house was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking most of our meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space, fire pit, hot tub and sitting at the patio table. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The wild turkeys running around were fun to watch. Great location for exploring Loveland. ”
