「Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep. Breakfast was mega though, plentiful and very tasty! Would use again, and would recommend for a trip to...

「It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good.」

「Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. 」

「I have a very pleasant stay for four nights. Easy access, free parking outside the property. The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very responsive and care about my need and queries. I didn’t use the kitchen much but seems it is big and get the utensils for cooking. I would recommend people to stay there.」

「Did not actually stay here but transferred to property across the road. Room key did not work. T.V. and WIFI did not work , no hot water in shared shower, however although advertised as private bathroom. Tea making facilities advertised but no milk, no plug in sink, not able to close window. Seemed to be largely used as a DHSS type accommodation property - less than budget hotel and left after mutual agreement the following morning after evening arrival. Should not be advertised as holiday...
