「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「The stay at the hotel was a great experience for our first time in Barcelona. We had the family connecting room, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main thing we have to mention is that the staff's service is excellent, especially the front-desk employee Gloria, she was our angel during our stay. They were always eager to help us with little things such as booking a ticket to museums that made our trip so much smoother. The location is in the heart of Barcelona, with the metro that...

「I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. 」

「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. 」
