"The front desk Staff is very nice. However, the room was bad, and the cleaning team was terrible. I found insects, including a small lizard, on my bed, no toilet paper, no towel"

"Employees need to improve their friendliness. The hotel is located in a noisy environment while it is equiped of inappropriate glass windows, which do not filter external noises. Humidity is see in the rooms."

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants , shop, and city. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality and excellent service "

"Not worth the money spent. Finishing on rooms not up to standard. Ended up staying in 4 rooms over 7 day period, due to: dirty bath, no plug for bath, no warm water/ water drying up completely on two occasions, bed bugs, toilet seat broken, plug broken Meals were great and staff helpful "
