"Very nice "

"The internet was very slow and poor. It was very inconsistent. The room was fine but for two people sleeping in two beds, we did not have enough blankets or towels. The cleaning staff took one of our room keys. Staff called a very poor car ride to the airport for us - the vehicle was very odorous and made us both sick. It was an overpriced and nauseating ride. The toilet had a problem and was not flushing properly. The rooftop was not available. The gym is three machines and a few weights. Breakfast had a good assortment but it was low to average quality. Disappointing stay all around."

"I stayed at this hotel for 15 nights and I must say that my experience was fantastic. Courteous staff, clean spacious suite, great location & excellent breakfast. I had originally booked the junior suite but I was upgraded to an executive suite upon check in - so that was a very nice surprise. "

"The room was clan. But the TV was not working called the front desk they were suppose to send some one to fix After an hour of waiting , went to bed and tv never got fixed "

"The first room I was assigned was extremely hot and given the time if year they took off all ACs in the building. I think the previous occupant had the heat on the room was never cooled down. Also, the food was not good. "

"We had a short two night stay. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Pros: Great location with lots of food, spas and shopping options Great breakfast buffet with many options Clean rooms Comfortable bed Cons: Aside from queen bed for two, additional people only have option to sleep on the couches. Seperate toilet room and a shower room. ( which might work for some) Both shower room and toilet rooms are extremely small and you will keep bumping into doors and walls No fan or AC control in the room. There was no air in the room. "
