"Lovely lodge with excellant amenities and hot tub on the deck overlooking the golf course. We were a family of 8 adults staying for the weekend,to go to a wedding nearby. Everything was perfect with lots of room for us all and the benefit of 3 beautiful shower rooms. Thank you for the little box of extras. We will definitely return for a longer holiday."

"Waterside lodge is a lovely modern ,spacious lodge in a lovely quiet location in the Lincolnshire countryside . Had a fabulous stay for a big Birthday and it gave us a nice peaceful break away for a couple of days . Lodge is well equiped and quirky layout of beds made it a unique stay too . Took lots of gadgets with us , but needn't have bothered as the lodge is equipped to excess with kitchen utensils and there were toys , games , toiletries supplied dnd even ice in the freezer !!"

"Grandma and 3 grandchildren aged 7, 9, 12. Really enjoyed our stay in Bungalow and the area. E.g wave pool, lollipop train and bowling, beach,,fair, arcades and circus. Bungalow homely. Sofa bed untested. Would reccommend. "

"The property is ideal for access to.Mablethorpe and Skegness. The property is very clean and well fiiyed out. Tehe only things at fault was that the toilet wouldnt close therefore making difficult for privacy and the bed were a bit uncomfortable.Othrwise a well kept property"
