“Home was as described and the kids absolutely loved the pool. If in the area would consider staying again.”

“The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay.”

“This home was as pictured. BEAUTIFUL! When you first walked in the door the smell of strawberries and the cleanliness of the house was amazing. I have to give the Host a big shot out because she was on point each and every time. No long wait to respond. It was definitely a great choice. ”

“We rented the studio during recent stay to Jacksonville from another state. We stayed near our daughter and her family as they welcomed a newborn. It was a great reprieve from sleeping on the couch in the living room with our now 3 grandchildren (under 3) and their parents. There are no windows but we were gone most of the day. There is private outside sitting area for morning and evening as weather permits. The neighborhood is family oriented safe and convenient for our visit.”

“Overall, the property was awesome! We were there for a medical trip to the Mayo Clinic. It was good to have the heated pool there to unwind from the day. My wife and I were able to spend quality time together and did not have to worry about the noise of children or the hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was soooo comfy as well! The only downfall was that the lighting around the pool did not light up. Also, some of the towels had a smell like they had not dried all the way and was left……

“We had the best time at our stay here. The house is small, but they have utilized the space so well! There’s room for everyone. We had our four kids (ages 8, 3, 2, and 7 months) and they had a BLAST. Home is kid friendly and well stocked. The owners were so kind and helpful! Had a small mishap with the washer, and they were eager to help and get it fixed. Everyone was sad to leave and we’re already looking forward to coming back! ”

“The home itself was incredible. The property manager got back to me very quickly and we had no problems. My only complaint was how far away everything was but that has nothing to do with the house. Bed was so comfortable and the showers were very clean. Really enjoyed the stay and how helpful the owner was!”
