"Beautiful house and beautiful grounds. Nice views of the lake. Could spend hours enjoying the view from the front porch. Great kitchen and common areas. The host was gracious and accommodating and responded to every message within minutes. Highly recommended."

"This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed...

The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives...

"I must say the pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s very spacious and beautiful. My family and I came from NC for my niece graduation and the location of this home to the school was perfect. The property owner stayed in contact with us and encouraged us to reach out for any questions or concerns. I enjoyed having a space outside my 2yr could run about. We all enjoyed our stay."

"The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."

"It was great, easily accessible from JAX. We only used as a crash pad, beds were comfortable. It’s a work in progress but that is reflected in the price. Neighbourhood rooster gave a laugh every morning. I have nothing bad to say about our stay."
