「The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable (way to firm) and the A/C did not regulate the heat well, we would wake up sweating or shivering all through the night. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. A pool table(s) would be a welcome addition to the game room. Loved the cookies, and the breakfast. The hotel is one of the nicer areas in Fort McMurray and they are pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just needed a better mattress and better functioning A/C in room 211....

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I was under the impression that breakfast was included. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told the only way to receive breakfast was by purchasing a coupon during the booking process.
