"Our stay was great we really enjoyed the jetted tub in our room. The outdoor pool was great and the breakfast was pretty good for a motel. We would definitely stay again as the location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a few things that could be addressed if we were being picky. The smell when we first entered the room was an old stale smell. It wasn’t horrible it was noticeable. The bar to lock the sliding patio door was broken. We temporarily fixed it by putting the screws back in so we could lock the door. The outdoor pool was fantastic but you can tell that’s it’s aging the indoor pool area was entirely different. The water was cloudy and not as clear as you would expect from a public pool. The hot tub was so hot you couldn’t get in it and the sauna didn’t heat up at all. These are only minor things that didn’t really impact our stay. Just things they could look into for the future. Overall for a motel it was fantastic."

"Amir (host) was very accommodating and very responsive. Tom (manager) was very nice and welcoming. Our cottage (#6) was exactly as described. It would be helpful to remind the guests to bring their own sheets/ blankets, towels, and pillows. The property also has a common fire pit, trampoline, a sand pit, and volleyball net. Each cottage also has a BBQ grill. Across the street, there is a splash pad and a playground for little kids. There is a also a bike/ walking trail just beside the playground, overlooking Lake Huron. Overall, we had an amazing and relaxing time and we look forward to staying here again. ❤️"

"This beautiful well appointment home on Lake Huron provided the exact environment our family was looking for, Tracey responded instantly to all communications. Her gifts of welcome were terrific. Also the products used in her home were ecologically pure, and the treats including the brilliant delish coffee were all from excellent local vendors. Our granddaughter enjoyed the beautiful brand new hot tub, watching each glowing sunset! Thank you Tracey; I hope we can book again in the future!"

"This comfortable cottage reflects lotsa lake experience charm from its characteristic decor to the abundance of amenities with three spacious bedrooms, washrooms, outdoor sitting areas, well equipped kitchen, closeness to the beach and shopping downtown. Additional living space available in the adjacent bunkie offers peaceful quiet time from excited grandchildren! The hosts are thoughtful and generous as evidenced by a welcoming note and two “Lakeside” souvenir t-shirts. We loved staying at this beautiful well maintained cottage."
