“I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed ”

“The apartment is exceptionally clean, tidy, and very well organized. Everything is perfectly maintained and thoughtfully arranged, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Check-in was fast and convenient. I would especially highlight the outstanding kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everything was clear, efficient, and handled with great care. “Very old apartment. Location is fine, close to some shopping malls, but not easy to find it. Apartment is big, but very uncomfortable. Sofa is like a stone and bed is very bad and noisy. Leaking water from shower and flooding the bathroom.”

“L'appartement était correct et le personnel gentil et serviable par email mais il y a eu un malentendu car l'annonce indiquait le service d'un petit déjeuner de 7h à 12h qui doit être pour un autre logement mais pas le nôtre. Pas de consigne de bagages non plus et il manquait 2 serviettes de toilettes dans le logement. Cependant, l'équipe de Urban nous a réservé un taxi adorable pour le transfert aéroport -appartement et nous a rapporté des serviettes rapidement suite à notre demande. J'avoue……

“The room was clean but basic. The pics are as good as it gets. It’s on a pedestrian street so a taxi is unable to go to hotel. At the time I travelled the address is incorrect on Apple and Google Maps. I suggested that they ask it to be changed. The location is very central and walkable to pretty much all the sites.”

“Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations.”

“Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet though would have liked a bigger selection of fresh fruit. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the Skybar is excellent. The room was clean and we had a great view. Our shower was huge! Also check out the Finnish sauna which was awesome. The hotel is on a hill and it’s a bit of a walk into town but we love to walk so no problem for us. It’s cheap to get a cab if walking is an issue. ”
