Imóvel na avenida da praia. Apto em estado razoável, ar condicionado funciona bem, mas atenção a cobrança adicional pela energia gasta, se muito calor pode ser mais caro que a estadia.

Maravilhoso!!!

Começando pela atenção do proprietário, ele é muito atencioso e prestativo atende os desejos dos hóspedes sem colocar nenhum porém, agente sentiu tão a vontade que até parecíamos dono do imóvel o apartamento tem tudo muito limpo e muito arejado, não precisei de ligar o ar nenhum dia, gostamos muito principalmente do pai de Marcos que até nos deu dicas de praias e restaurantes. O local é muito bem localizado, tem uma padaria a 1 minuto a pé que vende caldos maravilhos a 7 reais, e no supermercado também perto tem almoço e jantar e caldos a 34 reais o kg que fica muito barato também, tem duas farmácias ótimas ao lado, não precisa mem alugar carros pois os ubers são rápidos e muito barato, enfim a cidade é muito tranquila e o trânsito também. Adorei Maceió principalmente as belas praias.
