“Upon check-in, I received an enticing offer to upgrade to the Presidential Suite at a 50% discount. Since it was our last night in Turkey, I decided to surprise my wife with this luxurious experience. The suite featured full amenities and included a complimentary bottle of wine, along with spacious living, dining, and relaxation areas. There was even a pool table on the upper floor! The steam room was fantastic, and the jacuzzi was equally delightful. However, the rain shower had a slight issue……

“This is not an hotel to me.. This is my greatest Home in İstanbul. I know every single person that takes care of us here by now and every single one of them like a family to me. I feel always welcomed, calm, comfortable, and safe here. Entire staff are above and beyond of any expectations with excellent relationship skills that resonate an amazing hospitality culture of a team work here. Not that you should but you MUST stay here.”

“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”

“Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town (so the roads around are narrow and hilly - but so is most of Istanbul) The area is safe, bustling with local shops and literally a 10 minute walk from all the famous sights in the old town. That includes the ferries and cruise suppliers. The rooftoo restaurant has exactly the views you see in the hotels website...its beautiful having breakfast and evening meal up there. We used the spa and you can use all the amenities including pool, sauna, steam room……

Very clean ( but bear in mind every time the maids come in you will have a service charge for this at the end of your stay ! ) Good breakfast again all subject to service charges . SMALL PRINT 5 % of your total charge even if you’ve booked and already paid via a 3rd party - In my case EXPEDIA listed it with the minbar charges - VISBLY INVISIBLE ”

“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……
