Our booking was for Monday 1st May -Labour Day in Qld public holiday. The room given was located on level 1 with a view of the child care centre but fortunately it had not been cleaned so we were moved to level 6 which did have a view. False advertising if left in room on level 1. Toilet continuously running door to laundry broken. Managed by Airtrip who operate out of the UK. Deposit of $300 taken as payment not authorisation as with most operators in Aust. Had to pay International Processing Fee of $9 for the privilege of staying in apartment. In addition have to pay $300 to credit card before we get it returned to our credit card. Not at all good. Will not be using Airtrip apartments again.
