“Beautiful and charming accommodations! Unique experience stepping into history. Breakfast and the night time dessert were fantastic.”

“This hotel is exactly what you need if you want a no-frills, clean place to stay while traveling. The price is good and the place is comfortable.”

“Great experience! Kids loved the loft area!”

“There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen.”

“Great place to relax with the family - especially if they’re into LOTR. Our kids loved it and the host was great. Very welcoming and responsive.”

“I arrived in the evening and the lighting on the property was subpar along with the signage. I struggled to find the building in the dark. Also, there are no signs for what rooms are on what floor. Very confusing.”

“Very clean! Great breakfast and easy parking! Will stay there again”

“Hot tub was nuts lots of ticks tho scary”

“This place was incredible! So fun for littles! There were so many thoughtful details! They thought of everything at this place and we can’t wait to come back. Could not recommend this place enough for singles or families!”

“El servicio muy mal y ami en lo personal no me gustó porque sacaron mis cosas antes de tiempo cuando todavía tenía el hotel pagado por una noche más es algo que para mí como viajero es la primera vez que me pasa y se me iso muy mal de parte del servicio del hotel”

“Beautiful property in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Great for couples as well as families. Very clean accommodations with tons of amenities. We stayed in the Wizard room which had serious Middle Earth vibes throughout. Property owners were regularly on site and very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Bonuses; chickens on site provided fresh eggs, in room coffee, tea and hot cocoa service, extra large community hot tub, fire pit with swings around it, fitness room, charcoal……

“Nice and clean . Bed not very good.”

“Great vintage but modernized farmhouse. Beautiful property.”
