Convenient location, right off the interstate. Easy check-in and check out. Helpful staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. The pool looked lovely, but I did not have opportunity to use it. I would definitely stay there again.

Came down from Valdosta to the fair, stayed at the Quality Inn, it was pretty clean, also it’s pretty old too, good place for one night.

This property was disgusting. Old and run down which isn’t necessarily unexpected but the roaches and dead bugs and hairs in the bed were definitely not expected. We didn’t stay and left immediately.

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches, toilets that wouldn’t flush, no breakfast (not that I would have ate there) bathroom doors that hit the bed because the rooms are so narrow. FIRE HAZARDS!!! Flames and sparks from the outlet when I plugged in the provided wall hair dryer. Then the cords fell out of the base. Yes fell out. It was barely wired. That caused the power to go out in the room. No maintenance available. The best the girl in office could do was say “oh no I’m so sorry” in response to all of these issues and seemed surprised we requested she contact the manager. After changing rooms and being promised a refund I was then double charged. The manager is extremely rude. Clearly noted by the way he speaks to the females he employs as well as customers and the number of times he rolled his eyes while I explained the issues and that I have pics of everything. I will be reporting to corporate, the health department and the fire inspector.
