「Very very nice hotel for the price. We just stayed one night for a concert but it was just what we needed and everyone was nice」

「The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn.」

「Location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. No ice machine, people in and out all night.Staff was friendly and helpful,had minor issues with tv in the beginning, but they were on it , barely had time to hang up and they were there.」

「The overall room was clean. The first room I was put in the door wasn’t secure there was gapping around the edges it is open to a parking lot so it felt very insecure. The sink had a huge chunk missing from the vanity. The pool was closed due to weather the day before which was disappointing. Breakfast was completely empty 45 mins before it was due to be over. The front desk was helpful over all which was nice. Next time I would pay more to stay elsewhere unfortunately.」

「Rooms were clean, but the linens and towels had stains in them. Asked staff to bring new towels and had to get them. Did not make my husband happy. Coffee was good and breakfast was ok.」

The room phone did not work, so I had to walk to the front desk to ask about a rollaway bed. Our reservation clearly indicated 2 adults and 3 children, yet the room did not have a couch, pullout bed, or any other sleeping arrangement for a fifth guest. We were told a rollaway bed would cost an additional $35, and the front desk even suggested that sleeping on the floor might be an...

「The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door.
