"I really loved the place and it was almost perfect for our Great Dane puppy, Billy. The only disappointing thing is that the grass has not been maintained so it's full of Khaki weed, summer cathead and Emex (winter cathead). Just a couple of ester sprays over the year would control them and make for a much nicer environment for both pets and people. "

"We were extremely disappointed with the exterior condition of this property. Whilst the interior was clean, tidy and to standard, we did not feel safe. The external building needs lots of work, there needs to be a better fence at the front and rear of the property as anyone could walk through the front gate and out the back gate where our car was parked. There was also a lot of traffic noise and pedestrian noise late at night."

"Reasonably priced and the reception staff were polite and friendly. Close to a small centre that offers a variety of foods and drinks. Bed was comfortable and the room was quite large. The stairs that lead to the upper rooms are not well lit and are an accident waiting to happen."

"Easy parking, fantastic reception on arrival and the facilities are great. Clean and big bedroom and bathroom. Exceeding expectations for the good price per night. Extremely quiet and comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in Dubbo in future but here😊"
