"The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The view from our balcony room overlooking the Ogunquit river was beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast included was better than average with many offerings including warm entrees. Nice comfy robes (even slippers included) was a bonus."

"The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We weren't able to check in early or check out late due to the room being booked before and after our stay, but they allowed us to change in the office restroom and use the pool before our check-in time, and stay in the pool an hour past our checkout time. Pool, pool area, office, and hotel suite was all very clean. The porch of our suite had a large picnic table and two adirondack chairs and was covered, so you could dine out there even in the rain. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the staff and the free parking! We loved the fact that Paula and Michelle jumped right in on any questions we had or help we needed- maybe not be so forward with the tip envelope I mean if guests stay more then one nite then they should tip house keeping however a one nite stay which is not even 24 hours shouldn’t be pushed into the tip envelope ."

"Well renovated hotel. Fairly basic in its amenities, but all you need. Very clean and staff was helpful. The pool is 6 stars! Great outdoor heated pool for kids and adults alike - highlight of the trip. The bar area wasn't open yet, but once it is open will be a great addition to the pool area! 3 min walk to beach (lower tides) or 15 min walk to long sands."
