“Very accessible to everything ”

“It was a nice place to stay, there was an issue with the booking apparenrly when ee booked through expedia it allowed us to book a room that was one bed and one pull out sofa for 3 people apparenrly was only meant for two. They still allowed us to stay but apparnelty ut should not allow us and a small child to stay in a room that size. ”

“This property is 1 block from John's pass, on the marina and across the street from a public beach. Next door is Mad fish house restaurant which was excellent. The condo was clean and a nice balcony. Location was perfect. The only negative ( not the properties fault) The smell from low tide was awful. ”

“First and foremost, our host Frances, was amazing. She was very communicative and quick with her response to any of our questions. The place was spotless and location is the best in Madeira beach. Front row view of the beach. Johns pass is only a 6 minute walk. Do not hesitate to book this property! We will be back! Thanks so much.”
