“This was our second time staying here in late July. The accommodations are perfect for two people. Everything is very clean with nice decorations. The bed is very comfortable. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom kept us plenty cool during the hot humid days. The kitchen set up is great and had everything we needed to make meals while we stayed. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. ”

“The Hermitage was a great place to stay while we took classes at the Madeline Island School of the Arts. ”

“The guest house was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including s’mores sticks, plentiful Tupperware and nice pots and pans. Bring spices and cooking oils in addition to your regular groceries as the store on the island is very small and limited. We really enjoyed walking down the beach, swimming in the water, hanging out on the dock and watching the sunset. The tram to the beach was very convenient and would be excellent for older people and babies who can’t do the 125……
