Stay was comfortable and Ziku was great help and support. It's right next to Masjid Nabawi, and will stay again.

The room looks like they are stuck in the 70’s. Bedsheets & pillow cases are super old with cotton balls stuck on it & very uncomfortable to sleep on. Location is on the south of masjid nabawi so it’s within walking distance. Eateries are far away thou. For a Real meal it’s far away to walk. But fast food is available nearby. Overall it’s ok for those few nights.

They did not accepted my late check in and offered me a space at another hotel which was very far from masjid Nabwi. I choose it coz of its proximity to the masjid Nabwi.

You pay for what you get. We were comfortable although the rooms were small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They always asked if we needed anything and they brought the stuff promptly. Plus it was so close to the Prophet’s (pbuh) Mosque. We were able to make the prayers on time.

Probably THE worst hotel to stay at. If you don’t mind bad service, no towels, toilet paper and no cleaning service then this might be for you. The receptionist was also unwelcoming and gave out hotel room keys that don’t work! The only thing good about this hotel is, how close it is to the haram. If I could give out 0 stars I would.

Very old hotel 3rd class not clean i requested nonsmoking room.i got room at nonsmoking but floor was full of smoke smell.there is no phone available to contact front desk.washroom is very small tight and dirty. *never stay here*

The staff in the reception, one of the staff was very unhelpful and tuff in behavior. The hotel did free upgrade to 2 bedroom hotel apartment for more easy stay. Refused to help check in as early as possible. My flight arrived on 12pm whole check in was at 4pm which is too far any where else.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: this is a beat up property. Very dirty! Very old! Only positive is that it is very close the main gate. I suggest stay in this area but choose a better hotel.
