“Overall, this was one of, if not the worst experiences I have had with a hotel/resort.

“I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down.
