「The property is very clean and neat and obviously the owner puts a lot of thought into everything for the guests. They live above upstairs but they never bothered us, and we rarely even saw or heard them the 3 days we were there. You need to go up and down a few steps but TUG at 70 this was not a problem for us at all. This is a great safe place to chill and relax just outside of Nashville in a well kept quiet neighborhood. The lake view is fantastic. We would go back again.」

「Riverfront Condominiums is my favorite place to stay in downtown Nashville. The location is in walking distance to everything but has the feel of being away from the crowds. So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife and the river traffic. This one bedroom unit is very small but really nice for just 1 or 2 people. Even though the sofa makes a bed, if anyone slept there, they’d be required to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. That wasn’t an issue for us because we are a couple...

「Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay」
