“The people are very nice and breakfast is pretty good. But there are so many flies in the room. I killed 8 flies the first two hours after I entered it.”

“The cabin was super clean and very pet friendly the host even had a food/water bowl there and a roll of poop bags. There was a technical difficulty when we first arrived but the host showed up within 10 minutes of being notified and fixed the problem immediately. The host offered pet friendly places to eat and to visit.”

“This place was so perfect for our family of 6! Very cozy and plenty of space for everyone. Hosts are AMAZING - very communicative and helpful with recommendations in the area. They left us snacks and the perfect amenities for our family. The place was also very clean and well stocked with toiletries and other necessary items. Pool and spa were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The cabin was very nice but looks a little un loved. 6 nights no tv in the evening and no reply. Looks like no one is doing up keep on the place. We did love how close we were to the river and the store. Very quite and private property. Shower curtain had a lot of mildew build up. Would give it 4 stars if it was cleaner and everything worked.”

“My stay here was amazing! All the staff were very kind. I was the only one staying there at the time and everyone was very friendly. When they say that you're staying on a working farm that's exactly what they mean that that's what made it. Such a cool experience. Staying inside a covered wagon that had modern amenities was a cool experience. It kept cool inside with the air-conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was coffee available for me every morning, which is a plus for me……

“It’s a great location to be able to walk to shops and restaurants in Ironton. It was a short drive to visit and hike at Millstream Gardens. The breakfast at Pickle & Perk was delicious and we had enough to have two meals. We recommend the chocolate chip banana muffins along with the egg hand pie. We stayed in the courtyard so there was some noise in the mornings when the restaurant opened due to it being directly below us. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. “It was seriously so cute! Nice & clean. Plenty of space & sleeping areas for our family of 6. Although, we didnt spend alot time actually in the cabin it was nice to come back to a nice cool place to relax for a bit and shower, after an entire evening in the rain (Friday) & full day of sun floating the black river (Saturday). I would highly recommend the Panthers Den to friends/family & if available next year we will be back!!! ”

“We had a great time in the cabin over the 4th of July. Unfortunately, on of our dogs is deathly afraid of fireworks, this was a great experience for him as the distant fireworks were easily drowned out by the TV. Quiet place to get away, easy hosts to communicate with, and a gem of a cabin/views. We’ll be back!”
