Spacious condo with 3 bedrooms on upper level and a large lower level with 2 leather pull out sofa sleepers (the new ones that are comfortable with a 3 inch temper pedi mattress) and a 75" TV. Room for all groups and families to have their own space.
6 Miles from the Capital
Just a short uber to downtown Madison!!
Walking distance - 1-2 blocks to restaurants, spa, wine bar, grocery store, Starbucks, movie theatre, gym, Target, Cabela's, Noodles, Macs, Crumble cookie, Costco...and many many more.

Wedding respite for the family

We enjoyed the property and were very comfortable there. The owner was very responsive to a question. Great quality linens and beds. It is listed as a four bedroom but although the basement family area has fold out couches, it isn’t really a bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

It’s an easy to find property in Sun Prairie, WI located near a COSCO and Woodmans supermarket. There’s plenty of room to take scenic neighborhood walks in the evenings and mornings. There’s a nice open area for family meals together. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The only issue was the number of bathrooms, which listed 4.5 bathrooms, but it’s actually 2.5 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom on the main floor next to the kitchen.

Visiting Family

The host was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Communication was in a timely manner. We definitely will stay at this location the next time we are in Sun Prairie. The house felt like home! My granddaughter said the the home was a 10!

Elegant furnishings and convenient to Madison

This elegantly decorated condo is in a convenient location for visiting Madison. All spaces are very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The wrap-around front porch (shared with the unit next door) has additional chairs for relaxing. Although the condo is in a great place for quick access to Dane County airport, the condo is quiet without airport noise.

Great place except accuracy of bed situation

The condo is lovely, well appointed, clean and in a pleasant neighborhood. Only complaint, bedroom listed as two double beds and a sofa bed was just two sofa beds. Our three more mature members ended up sharing a sofa bed rather than having their own bed space.

The place is very nice and clean and the host responded to a couple of my questions pretty quickly. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but we only stayed one night so wasn’t a big deal.

Our stay was great: easy check-in, great communication with host, extremely clean, very modern, fantastic location, everything about this place was perfect. We had 8 adults with plenty of space. We did a lot of cooking for a wedding reception, and were very pleased with all the prep space using the huge kitchen table and side table. We would definitely stay here again.
