The check in was easy. The girl at the counter was very courteous, and friendly. Place was nice and close to many restaurants and a nice pub. Had a problem with the bathroom door. It rubbed on the floor and it did not latch. The receptionist asked if we wanted to change rooms, but we were already settled in. Breakfast was great, except there was no coffee. Said machine was broke. Over all it was a very nice time for my spouse and our grandchildren.

Could have been a little cleaner, was a used bandaid by the fridge, looked like something was leaking in the back of it, lots of what looked like beard trimmings left along the back of the bathroom sink. Other that that, it was very comfortable.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was very good and 24 hour coffee!! We would stay here again!!

it was a nice room, the message on the tv was nice as well. Clean room and everything I expected! It was also very quiet!

The area around hotel is very dark at night, it is very difficult for the first time visitors to find out how to get to the entry. Suggest to build two light-up signs, set one at the corner of University Avenue and Eagle Drive, set the other one at the corner of Eagle Drive and Murphy Drive.
