“The location was great however the description of the rental unit was off a bit. It looks like the description has been updated recrntly so it seems like it will be good for future stays. Overall decent stay- would recommend pest control as we noticed ants in the bedrooms. (No food was around). Great location- easy to commute to the city.”

“Our recent stay at this property in East Orange was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. The house itself was cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches provided by our host, Emmanuel. Emmanuel was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, such as ensuring the bedding is always fresh and replacing the sticky rug to maintain……

“We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”

“The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there……

“This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. ”

“We visited our son who lives in Morristown and stayed in this lovely apartment that is fully renovated! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is so close to the downtown and worked out perfectly for us. We will stay here again if it’s available!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.”
