「This was the perfect spot for a winter family weekend. Two hour drive for those of us coming from Ottawa and 3 hours for those from Hamilton. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, we brought coffee, but not Kreurig pods and not everyone got coffee on the last day. 「I stayed in the Wood Duck cottage and had an amazing time! Would definitely return. The sound of the rushing water was super peaceful, and the campground was well maintained. I most appreciated the AC/fan at night, the nearby walking trail and the fenced off leash dog park. I was thankful to have the cottage with the shaded deck as the Mallard cottage deck was fully in the sun the entire day. 「This beautiful well kept, organized and clean cottage was a nice break away from the city! The view to the lake was calming. Loved the flowers, selection of tree's and the spacious piece of land for our dogs to run around safely. Loved the option of propane and charcoal BBQ. But our most favorite spot was the outside porch, the seating arrangements and the cushion comfort was just perfect for morning coffee and a BBQ lunch/supper. Oh and we suspect that they spray for ‘bugs as we sat nothing...

「My girlfriend and I stayed at the hidden nest for 5 days and had an exceptional time! The pictures don't really do it justice, the property is beautiful and so quaint. Maria was super responsive whenever we reached out to her and very accommodating. Cute little neighbourhood as well, neighbours were very friendly. Check-in/check-out instructions were very clear.
