It is a good hotel, and 5 min walk to Atocha rail station, which is convenient. I wasn't impressed by their breakfast buffet.

Location is great, across from the Atocha train station where we arrived after taking the metro from the airport. Walked up a ramp and crossed 2 streets to get to the hotel. About a 15 min walk to city center. Across the street from the beautiful park. Lots of restaurants in the area. If you’re a light sleeper there’s a lot of noise from the street, people cars etc. we had a balcony room facing Atocha street on the 4th floor. Beds and pillows comfy and very clean room. You have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and dental kit.

Excellent hotel in a great location, parking right underneath with direct access to the hotel. Located right on the main tourist bus routes and a 10-15 min walk up to Plaza Mayor and then shopping areas.

Hotel facilities and staff were great. Unfortunately, there was a big parade going on right outside and the noise level was not ideal for getting a good night’s sleep, which I desperately needed. Also, streets were closed for the parade, so it was a challenge to get there. The hotel did send an email two days before letting me know of this parade, however, it was too late for me to find a reservation somewhere else.

There was a slight problem at check in, but the staff was responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. They even brought a personal note and fruit to our room. The lady running security was always very welcoming to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Noise throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Often went without sleep into the next day noise came from young crowds to police sirens to garbage collection. The town itself is nice but many homeless beggar. The town mayor is unclean and not a must see but I would suggest the food tour and tours to Avila and Segovia and the Prada museum. 3 days is more than enough but choose your hotel wisely and not this one

Upgraded for a view of the city but got a view of the trees. The noise from outside was constant until 3:00 am. I wasn't sure who was chatting and laughing every night, but it wouldn't let you sleep. The room is nice and clean, but what's the use if sleeping is difficult.
