• We are located just a few minutes walking distance from the Valdeacederas and Ventilla metro stations
• It has multiple nearby bus stops, providing even more options to explore the city.
House Rules:
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.
• No pets allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
• You must sign a temporary lease contract.
• Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
• You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
The property has an electronic lock, so you can enter at any time without additional charge.
In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
