A lot of eatery downstair. About 15 to 20 mins to train station from Barcelona. Quite a straight forward walk. Downside 7 of us stayed in the 3 bedroom apt, the hot water is not enough for 7. The last get to shower in cold water.

Property is perfectly located across from the Atocha station with an another metro stop right outside the door. Easy walking distance to the Prado Museum and many eatery options right outside the door. Studio was amazing - clean and spacious, with just about every amenity needed for a short or long stay.

A stone’s throw away from Atocha station, the apartments were in a great location. Despite the traffic and the crowds that come with the proximity to the station, the property was very quiet. Very helpful staff.

Check in was easy. Location was great. Literally across the Atocha train station and metro station. Easy site for Uber pick up. Walking distance from restaurants. Felt safe walking alone at all times.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very attractive and we appreciated having a washing machine. Because it is next to a major roundabout and over the road from the Atocha station there is background noise but this was only a problem the night of the national football final. Staff were uniformly helpful as we were also there the day of the major blackout. The apartment is close to the Prada and easy walking distance to the Royal Palace and there are many cafes, bars and restaurants

Highly Recommend

This was the perfect place for our one-night stay. Conveniently located to Atocha train station, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, El Retiro Park, and so much more. The room was spacious and comfortable for two, very quiet inside even though it’s on a bustling street, and we really appreciated the espresso maker with pods that were provided! Check in was easy and the associate was friendly. Highly recommend 60 Balconies!

This apartment was in a great location, even thought the nearby Metro station is closed until October 2023. The place was clean, easy to get to, and nicely appointed. Many attractions and conveniences are walkable, including the Reina Sofia museum (basically next door), the Atocha train station, the Retiro, and the many bus stops that lead you anywhere in the city.

The plumbing is old. Weird loud gurgling sounds coming out from behind the walls now and then. The renovation is good and modern. Would come and stay again if I come this way again.

Was the best place I stayed form about 10 places around Spain that I had stayed at. I am hooked on apartments now over hotels, you have all the stuff to make life comfort , washing machine, kettle and microwave and room to move. I stayed in a studio which is plenty for 2 people but next time I would probably stay on a higher floor. If you want somewhere without people this isn’t for you but if you don’t mind a small amount of street noise then this is it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice kitchen and close to public transportation. The location is perfect, but comes at a cost: the surrounding is very loud until late night. The furniture has its best times behind it and needs to be substituted. There is a loud ventilation.

My only issue was the shower does not drain. The basin edge is 1.5 inches and fills in 2 min . Location great, ancross from train station. Still felt safe. all the things you could need if staying awhile. Ie washer , dishwasher fridge .

Location is awosome, Stuff is very friendly. Had issue to check in at the self-checkin machine but was helped remotely. One of the bed room facing street is very noisy. air conditioner was not working for the first night. Fixed by stuff next day.
