The hosts were extremely welcoming and supportive. They gave us lots of ideas for enjoying our two-week stay to the fullest. Subsequently we had an unbelievable time in Madrid and its environs. This second floor apartment is in a central location with an amazing variety of places to see within walking distance. The Atocha train station is about a ten minute walk and the nearest Metro station is within five minutes. We were delighted with getting to know the neighborhood as well as exploring others places of interest.

Great location for a short stay in Madrid

Close to all of the main attractions in Madrid and to the Metro. Also close to Atocha railway station so good for visits outside of the city too. Property is clean and has all amenities required for a short stay for two people. Hosts communicate well.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Madrid. So close to many attractions and the Atoche Train Station. It was easy to walk around the neighborhood or to grab a subway at the Anton Martin metro station.

This vrbo worked well for us. 10 minute walks to Prado as well as Museum Sofia. 25 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Many bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, but more of a functional location.

Great location with small trade offs

Great location near markets, shops and restaurants. Place has a lot of character and management are very responsive to inquiries. Overall a very nice place. We did have quite loud neighbors most evenings late into the night. The wifi and air conditioning are pretty poor.

Madrid Trip

Great property if you want a centralized location on a quiet street. It is not located in a touristy area, but close proximity. We walked everywhere from here. Close to real local cuisine, which is so much better than the tourist areas. We went during an extra warm days so the apartments heats up a bit as the AC cools to 25C, but it was not unreasonable. All needed amenities were accessible and usable. It had what we needed as a home base to see Madrid.

A very comfortable apartment in a great part of Madrid. 5 minutes walk to two different metro lines makes getting around Madrid very easy. Lots of interesting food choices close by.
